(Before It’s News)

voteHB1312 is an Act to Provide Local Control over Fluoride Levels in Water Systems –  .

HB1312 failed to pass out of the Public Health, Welfare and Labor Committee on 2/26.  The committee consists of  11 Democrats and 9 Republicans.  There were 9 Republicans that voted the will of the people and voted Yea for HB1312. There were 9 Democrats that voted against the will of the people and voted NO for HB1312. Two Democrats didn’t bother to show up at all.

From the vote you can tell that the Democrats on the Public, Health , Welfare and Labor Committee aren’t for local control and don’t care about the will of the people. The Republicans voted the will of the people and voted to return control back to the local water suppliers.

HB1312 had nothing to do with fluoride. It only provided local control.

Below is the roll call vote on HB1312. Election 2014 is coming.
