|I’m picking up (good) vibrations!
The term “vibes” or “vibrations” is often used to describe certain feelings that a person has for another or feelings they might get from some situation or thing. If you have ever personally felt positive or negative “vibes” coming from people or things, you are tapping into and beginning to understand the most basic and yet most important aspect of our selves, our consciousness, and of our Universe.
Modern science has proven what our ancient Earthkeepers and our shaman guides have known for centuries; That everything in the Universe is in a state of vibration. As “Healing Sounds” and Ancient Solfeggio expert Jonathan Goldman puts it: “From the electrons moving around the nucleus of an atom, to planets and distant galaxies and stars. As they’re creating movement, they are creating vibration, and this vibration can be perceived of as sound. So everything is creating a sound, including the sofa that we’re sitting on, or this table, or our bodies. Every organ, every bone, every tissue, every system of the body is creating a sound. The Human ear, in its very limited capability, can only hear a certain range of vibrations, but we are affected in ways by all sounds, including the ones we cannot hear. What we cannot hear we can still feel and be affected by.
|This exact same concept of using tones and sounds to emit Love, enlightenment, centerness, awakening, inner harmony, healing, and good health were in regular practice many thousands of years ago. These lost practices are now being rediscovered and again being used. The full potential of the uses of sound has yet to be discovered. I believe we can move mountains and much more by “sounding” and I also believe humans had this knowledge and used it long ago.|
|Near the Mnajdra is the Hal Saflieni Hypogeum. It is a complex of caves and ritual chambers. In this complex is the chamber called ‘The Oracle Chamber’. There is a small niche located in this chamber, and if someone with a deep voice speaks inside, the voice echoes all over the hypogeum. The resonance in this ancient temple is something exceptional. You can hear the voice rumbling all over the place. One researcher describes it as feeling like you’re standing inside a bell. “You feel the sound in your bones as much as you hear it with your ears. It’s really thrilling!” Imagine the effect that must have had on worshippers inside the complex with those low tones rumbling through them, like you’re feeling the word of God inside your very bones.|

|A consortium called The PEAR Proposition: Princeton Engineering Anomalies Research are pioneers in the field of archaeo-acoustics, merging archaeology, and sound science. Directed by Physicist Dr. Robert Jahn, the PEAR group set out in 1994 to test acoustic behavior in ancient megalithic sites. They found that the ancient chambers all sustained a strong resonance at a sound frequency between 95 and 120 Hz: well within the range of a low male voice. In subsequent OTSF testing, the stone rooms in Malta were found to match the same pattern of resonance, registering at the frequency of 110 or 111 Hz. This turns out to be a significant level for the human brain. Whether it was deliberate or not, the people who spent time in such an environment were exposing themselves to vibrations that impacted their minds and their bodies.
Sound scientist, Prof. Daniel Talma of the University of Malta explains: “At certain frequencies you have standing waves that emphasize each and other waves that de-emphasize each other. The idea that it was used thousands of years ago to create a certain trance — that’s what fascinates me.” Many archaeo-acoustic investigations of prehistoric, megalithic structures have identified acoustic resonances at frequencies of 95-120 Hz, particularly near 110-120 Hz, all representing pitches in the human vocal range. These chambers may have served as centers for social or spiritual events, and the resonances of the chamber cavities might have been intended to support human ritual chanting. Studies of brain activity exposed to different resonance frequencies have found that at 110 Hz the prefrontal cortex suddenly shifts, deactivating the language center and turning on the part of the brain that controls mood, empathy and social behavior.
|The tones of the Ancient Solfeggio Scale had been developed and given to the church for a very spiritual purpose. When humans sang these musical tones (usually in chants), it was very powerful. They cut through all of the limited thought forms into the deeper levels of the subconscious, accessing insights beyond belief systems.|
|Deliberate Meddling – (aka Harshing Our Mellow)
Because the act of using these frequencies within the scale facilitated vibrational healing states and higher awareness in the masses who sang them, the Church eventually suppressed their use. Sometime after the year 1050 AD the Church unofficially denied the masses our opportunity for our own vibrational healing through sacred sound by deliberately altering the pitch of the Solfeggio tones. The vocal and musical instrument tuning method was changed into what is currently being used today in the Western world; the “12-Tone Equal Temperament Method”. Altering the method for tuning our music was a deliberate act to push humanity away from vibrational harmony and further into disharmony. These changes immediately weakened the spiritual impact of the Church’s hymns. The music being created before the alteration held frequencies capable of spiritually inspiring mankind to be more ‘God-like’. The changes afterwards created alterations in our conceptual thought, further distancing humanity from God. The changes placed control out of our rightful hands and into the hands of certain humans who did not and don’t ever want us to know that we all have God-Energy inside of us.
Nearly every piece of music composed since the change to the “12-Tone Equal Temperament” method has vibrational limits to it. It doesn’t feel right to us and our spiritual centers. It feels off-balance. As a result, the limited vibrational frequency of the tones of modern music can create situations such as “boxed-in thinking”, stuffed and suppressed emotions, and fear-based “lack” of consciousness – all of which tend to manifest into physical symptoms of dis-ease. Our modern music may be music to our ears, but it was originally intended to be music for our souls.
|The main esoteric objective of the church is to keep us fast asleep – and they’ve been pretty darn good at it. Celebrating Life, Love, Spirit, and God does not have to be this way.|

These powerful ancient frequencies were rediscovered by Dr. Joseph Puleo as described in the book “Healing Codes for the Biological Apocalypse” by Dr. Leonard Horowitz. The Six Ancient Solfeggio Frequencies include:
UT – 396 Hz – Liberating Guilt and Fear
For example, the third note, frequency 528 Hz, relates to the note MI on the scale and derives from the phrase “MI-ra gestorum” in Latin (from the Gregorian Chant Ut Queant Laxis) meaning “miracle.” Stunningly, this is the exact frequency used by genetic biochemists to repair broken DNA – the genetic blueprint upon which life is based. The Ancient Solfeggio were used in a Medieval hymn to John the Baptist (Ut Queant Laxis) which has this peculiarity that the first six lines of the chant are the first six successive notes of the Ancient Solfeggio scale, and thus the first syllable of each line was sung to a note one degree higher than the first syllable of the line that preceded it. By degrees these syllables became associated and identified with their respective notes and as each syllable ended in a vowel, they were found to be peculiarly adapted for vocal use.
|The Solfeggios and The 7 Chakras
The seventh syllable that has been revealed in the Ancient Solfeggio Scale is “Si” and it is taken from the last line of the first stanza of Ut Queant Laxis:

This chant may be translated as follows: “So that your servants may, with loosened voices, resound the wonders of your deeds, clean the guilt from our stained lips, O Saint John.”
The reason a 7th note can be added to the Ancient Solfeggio scale is for its relationship with the 7 Chakra System. In this system there are 7 major energy centers or vortices in the human body. These 7 centers are called Chakras. It is vital to the health, well-being, awakening, and spiritual consciousness that these energy vortices are “vibrationally” tuned and balanced with our bodies and with the rest of nature. These 7 Ancient Solfeggio Frequencies can be directly applied into our meditations to help cleanse all the chakras of blocked, damaged, and muddied up residual energy, help raise our overall vibration, eliminate any “plaque” that accumulates from negative thoughts and energies, and help block all opposing negative frequencies that we experience every single day.
The 7 Ancient Solfeggios that relate to the 7 Chakra System are as follows:
1. UT – 396 Hz – Root Chakra – located between the anus and the scrotum (in men) or the vaginal cavity (in women)
2. RE – 417 Hz – Sacral Chakra – located 2 inches below the belly button.
|How To Use The Ancient Solfeggios
I have created several meditation recordings incorporating the Ancient Solfeggios. They can be found on the Download page of this site. Some of my recordings are just the straight Solfeggio tones in pure sine wave form; available both individually and all together. Others are of my binaurally recorded nature sounds with the Ancient Solfeggios embedded in the mix. In these recordings, the frequencies are present for you to receive, but will not distract you from the Binaural natural soundscape. They are all very reasonably priced to keep them affordable for you to purchase and use. In my experience with using these tones and recordings, I have found them to be tremendously effective when they are incorporated into daily meditation to help clear the chakras and to reach further depths of stillness. They are useful tracks for listening to in the background when reading a book or relaxing. I have also found them to be very effective as a natural way to fall asleep. When you are using these tones, do not forget the power that intention can bring into your meditation and clearing work.
|How Can Musicians Use the Ancient Solfeggios?
I cannot stress how incredibly important it is that all musicians now switch from the 12-Tone Equal Temperament or “standard” method of tuning back to using the Ancient Solfeggio tones. It is very simple to do this. The easiest method is to switch tuning of our musical instruments from standard A440 over to A444. This A444 tuning lines up directly to 528 Hz. This is the “healing” Ancient Solfeggio frequency. Below are some easy instructions for how to tune to 528 Hz:
|For Guitars and Other Stringed Instruments: Use a Korg (or other brand) chromatic/adjustable guitar tuner and set it to A444 Hz instead of standard A440 Hz; then tune as usual. After tuning your stringed instrument to A444 with your tuner, the C5 note that you play on your instrument will be equivalent to the 528 Hz Ancient Solfeggio Tone.
For Keyboard Players – You can easily retune your instruments to the equivalent of 528 Hz. The Korg Oasys keyboard calibrates to 444.09 Hz in the global preferences; virtually all other synthesizers and software based synthesizers can be set to precisely 444 Hz. These settings will immediately give you the ability to play in harmony with Ancient Solfeggio-tuned stringed instruments.
For Wind Instrument Players – You can often adjust your 440 Hz “standard tuned” instrument slightly to play in the 528 Hz key. The easiest method is to play a C5 note to our 528 Hz tone available at theDownload page or you can find a sine wave generator online and create the tone(s) your self.
After you have retuned your instrument to the Solfeggios play it for a little while. Strum some chords. Sing along with it. You’ll find that this tuning almost immediately relaxes you. It just feels right. This is the musical secret springing forth once again and blooming back into our lives.
|Why Use These Tones?
In our everyday waking lives we are constantly and deliberately getting bombarded with “noise”. This noise comes in the form of dissonant and unfriendly frequencies and it arrives from every direction you can imagine. These disharmonious vibrations are emitting from our microwave oven, our HD tuner and HDTV set, wireless router, our cellular phone, blackberry device, from each text message we send and receive, and in nearly every piece of music we listen to. These examples are only a tiny fraction of the negative and disharmonious vibrations we are being exposed to. They can be deliberately used as well to generate unrest, disquiet, and disharmony in us. They can attempt to block us from being able to expand our awareness. They can create fear in us. Sounds, when used for extremely negative purposes, have the potential to create devastation beyond our imagination.
With the arrival and use of H.A.A.R.P. and other government frequency weapon systems such as Silent Sound Spread Spectrum, the ability for us to stay in our true selfhood and in harmony with nature is getting more and more difficult. These systems are now capable of producing destructive tones in the millions of watts straight into the ionosphere, directly into our homes, and all through us. A “vibration war” is being waged against us, and most of us don’t even know it. Some of us can feel it, but all of us have the chance now to fight these destructive tones by using the Ancient frequency tones to protect us and take us deeper and further on our path of transcendence.

In early 2010, I was introduced to a set of alternative vibrational frequencies. They are called The Cosmic Octave Tones and I am completely blown away by their vibrational qualities and potential. About the Cosmic Octave Tones: In 1978 Hans Cousto, a Swiss mathematician and musicologist, discovered the natural law of the “Cosmic Octave” as the link between different kinds of periodically occurring natural phenomena, such as the orbit of the planets, the weather, colors, rhythms and tones. I have been working in particular with the Cosmic Octave Earth Year Tone (136.10 Hz) and the Cosmic Octave Sun Tone (126.22 Hz). I have integrated them into my meditation and self-healing practice with very enlightening and effective results!
I also have retuned my musical instruments using the Cosmic Octave. By setting my tuner to A432, my instrument lines up almost exactly to the formant of the Earth Year Tone (C#). The music I am creating with this tuning is vibrating on an immense level.
