Harry Cohen of Yesh Atid party said the three main coalition partners signed the deal Friday after weeks of deadlock over the division of Cabinet portfolios and reforms to the military draft law. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s bloc has joined with the centrist Yesh Atid, the pro-settler Jewish Home and former Foreign Minister Tzipi Livni’s small party. The new coalition is the first in a decade to exclude ultra-Orthodox Jewish parties.
