Getting rid of candida permanently can be a real pain in the butt! However, today, I want to teach you about an amazing recipe that will Kill The Crap Out Of Your Candida! Yes it will! It’s Raw Oatmeal, naturally nutty and sweet. And the best part about it is that it tastes so good, you’ll want to eat it everyday. Depending on the severity of your infection though, you may have to take it very slow and work your way up to having it everyday. Candida die off can make you feel very sick, believe me! I’ve experienced flu-like symptoms with fatigue, upset stomach, acid reflux, brain fog, muscle aches and pains… It can all be overwhelming. So take it slow, drink lots of water, sweat, and help your body eliminate the toxins.


Raw organic oat groats, sometimes called sprouting or Scottish oats, are the unbroken inner oat seed kernals with the outer husks removed. They are an excellent source of soluble fiber and will keep you feeling full for hours. Uncooked oat groats have a significant ability to inhibit fungal growth due to the presence of an enzyme called chitinase, which actually breaks down the glue in the cell walls of fungi. At the same time, oat beta-glucans act as a prebiotic that feed the good bacteria in your belly. As long as the oats are raw, the antifungal chitinase enzymes will diminish candida in the gut, while the oat beta-glucans simultaneously encourage a healthier intestinal flora. So not only do raw oat groats kill candida, but they also encourage the growth of healthy gut bacteria, and provide enough fiber to help you eliminate the toxins of candida die-off. What else could you ask for? That makes raw oat groats the perfect food for a healthy gut! Just be sure to purchase gluten free oat groats, and don’t mistake them for the rolled or steel cut variety. Another noteworthy component of my Raw Oatmeal is virgin (organic, unrefined, non-hydrogenated) coconut oil. Coconut oil contains lauric acid, capric acid, and caprylic acid, which have antimicrobial, antifungal, antibacterial, and antioxidant properties. That makes virgin coconut oil a very effective killer of candida! It is so effective, you may want to start off with just one teaspoon a day, and work up to one tablespoon.



Raw Oatmeal Recipe


1/2 cup raw oat groats

1 teaspoon organic unsulphured blackstrap molasses (great source of iron, potassium and calcium)

1/2 cup coconut water (I recommend the real stuff or the raw bottled)

1 teaspoon-1 tablespoon organic virgin coconut oil

1 teaspoon unsweetened vanilla extract

1 dash cinnamon (or more to taste)

4 drops stevia

Soak the oat groats in a bowl with filtered water overnight. 

Drain the oat groats in the morning and throw them into a high speed blender with the coconut water, coconut oil, blackstrapp molasses, cinnamon, and stevia. 

Blend and macerate on high until smooth. If you like your cereal thicker, only add 1/3 cup coconut water. You can also use filtered water, but it won’t taste as good ;).

Pour in a bowl and enjoy!

As a side note, my favorite way to enjoy this cereal is to soak the oat groats first thing in the morning and make the cereal at night before bed. I put it in the fridge all night and when I wake up, I have a healthy, killer breakfast already waiting for me. In fact, coconut oil tastes really good cold, so I actually prefer the taste of the cereal cold too. It’s up to you!
