When I saw this I thought to myself that money has finally begun to move and where we can actually “see” it.

At least three people in the Japanese fishing village of Ishinomaki have received a package from a mysterious, and apparently wealthy, benefactor; three gold bars delivered via mail. Ishinomaki was hit hard by the 2011 tsunami and remains until this day heavily damaged. The three bars are thought to be worth approximately 250,000 U.S. dollars, and the locals hope to use the gold to restore the effected areas of Ishinomaki.

A return address acompanied the gold bars that read “Earthquake and Tsunami Aid Association”, though no known organization appears to exist.
