But Here is a May 21st article with some GREAT NEWS from Politicol Commentary News….Woo Hoo!!!
The more we learned of the NDAA Act which was passed by this superficial corporate Congress, the more we knew it just was not legal.
Now, a judge ruled the NDAA Act is unconstitutional which of course, we knew also but it confirms the basic illegality of the bill.
President Obama signed the act on December 31, 2011, only five months ago and in Chicago over this past weekend we witnessed this act in real life. He also signed an Addendum of sorts that he personally would not be relying on the act while he is President, but that won’t include future Presidents.
