So was all of this talk about Turkey threatening war against Syria a false flag operation again? It feels like Netanyahu’s war machine?
Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan says his country does not plan to wage any war against Syria after the Turkish parliament gave the nod for military operations outside the country.
“We have no intention of starting a war with Syria,” Erdogan said in a joint press conference with the visiting Iran’s First Vice President Mohammad Reza Rahimi in Ankara on Thursday.
Turkey is not a warmongering country while we have witnessed the consequences of warmongering policies near our borders in Iraq and Afghanistan, he added.
Another article that was released prior to this announcement I believe stated that the Turkey’s Deputy Prime Minister Besir Atalay admitted to Syria that they were it responsible for a mortar attack on Wednesday.
“The Syrian side has admitted what it did and apologized,” Atalay told reporters on Thursday.
He added that Ankara’s acts toward Syria were in coordination with international institutions (in coordination with whom?) and that Turkey had exercised its right to shell targets on the Syrian soil in retaliation.
Then you had the US and NATO step up by condemning Syria and pledging to support Turkey. These are very interesting times! Peace in the MidEast? Who would have thought?
