Video from Lexington, Kentucky last weekend shows a student setting up a camera before arguing with two campus police officers while refusing them entry to his dorm room.  The officers, who alleged alcohol had been dumped from the room’s window, demanded to search the premises for more alcohol but did not possess a warrant.

‘There is no 4th amendment here.’

“Listen man, do you want to be kicked out of this university?  I can pave that road. Don’t even bother paying your tuition bill next semester, because we’re going to get you kicked out of school.”

Now four days later, the kid is still in school and the cop got fired today.
